What membership options do you offer?

We offer flexible plans to suit your fitness lifestyle—including 1 Month, 4 Months, 6 Months, and 12 Months memberships, as well as day passes and weekly passes.

Do you offer a trial before I commit?

Yes! We have a 1-day trial that gives you access to our open gym and group classes (subject to availability). Classes can be booked on the same day only.

Are group classes included in my membership?

This depends on your membership type. We have packages that include group classes and some that are open gym access only. You can choose what works best for you.

Can I just buy a membership online?

Hold up! Before you make any purchases, chat with our Sales Consultant first. We want to make sure you’re picking the package that’s right for you—plus, there might be promos or options you haven’t heard about yet. Let’s get you started the right way!

Can I freeze or pause my membership?

Yes, we allow members to freeze their membership under certain conditions (travel, medical, etc.). Freezing is available for a minimum of 1 week. A small fee may apply.

How do I book group classes?

Bookings can be made through our TRIAD app. For trial users, bookings are open only on the day of the class.

Do you offer personal training?

Absolutely! Our certified trainers are available for one-on-one personal training sessions. Chat with our front desk or inquire online to book a consultation and/or purchase a package.

What facilities and equipment do you have?

TRIAD is fully equipped with free weights, strength machines, cardio equipment, functional training areas, and dedicated group class spaces.

What are your operating hours?

We’re open on weekdays from 6:30 AM to 10:00 PM. Weekends & Public holidays from 7am to 9pm.  Group class times vary—check the schedule for weekly updates.

How do I cancel my membership?

We’ll be sad to see you go, but cancellation is easy. Just provide a 2 weeks notice via email. Terms & conditions apply.

What is the age requirement for joining?

Members must be 18 years old & above.

Does TRIAD KL offer free or validated parking for members?

We currently do not offer free or validated parking.

What are the available parking options near TRIAD KL?

Parking is available at surrounding open lots. Members can choose between hourly rates or opt for seasonal parking passes. More details are available at http://www.parkrite.com.my.

Are there any alternative ways to get to TRIAD KL besides driving?

Definitely! We’re within walking distance of two major MRT stations :

– Conlay MRT
– Persiaran KLCC MRT

We highly encourage members  to consider MRT access for convenience and to avoid parking hassles during peak hours.
